Why plan another lackluster dinner when involving your guests in the cooking process could really spice things up?

Corporate and private groups participating in our hands-on culinary events enjoy a brief wine and hors d'oeuvres reception before dividing into smaller groups to cook. Each group creates a different portion of the meal under the guidance of a chef instructor trained to facilitate interaction and self-sufficiency. Get your hands a little dirty and watch as people bond while cooking together, side by side.

After each course has been prepared, replace your apron with a napkin and get ready to be our guest. Relax and socialize as we serve you your meal at beautifully set tables, just like you're dining in your own private restaurant.

Your hands-on culinary experience includes:

• Sole use of our facility for 3-4 hours (again, we only allow one event at a time
)
• Beverages and light hors d'oeuvres upon arrival
• Three course gourmet menu for lunch or dinner
• Five to seven chef instructors to guide you through preparing your meal
• * Chef aprons to wear while you cook
• Elegant table service of each course in your own private dining suite
• Take home recipe packets
• Digital photos of your event on CD
• Use of surround sound audio and LCD visual equipment
